Peter Sussman brings more than four decades of experience across the international film and television industry. As the former CEO of the Entertainment Group at Alliance Atlantis Communications, Peter oversaw the development, financing, production and worldwide distribution of thousands of hours of film and television. His career includes helping assemble and launch the landmark CSI television franchise in partnership with CBS and Jerry Bruckheimer Television. His experience extends beyond production into the financing and international business of entertainment, including co-founding a global media financing company that financed more than 1,500 productions. Peter also helped assemble and guide numerous entertainment ventures and productions, including the internationally acclaimed Schitt's Creek. At KIMBA, Peter brings a global understanding of how ambitious creative ideas move through development, financing, production, partnerships and worldwide distribution.

Jamar McNeil brings decades of experience at the intersection of broadcasting, music, entertainment and culture. His career in major-market broadcasting has placed him directly at the intersection of artists, audiences, celebrities, music and popular culture. His experience extends beyond broadcasting into television, DJ culture, music production, live entertainment and talent relationships. Jamar also leads KIMBA's expansion into original audio and conversation-driven entertainment as host of the company's flagship podcast.

King Luck brings more than two decades of experience across music supervision, media, creative development and entertainment. His career has moved across music, advertising, audio branding, podcasting, film and scripted entertainment. As a creator, writer and executive producer, his focus is developing original intellectual property, complex characters and culturally specific worlds with universal emotional stakes. At KIMBA, King leads original story creation and development, helping transform ideas into screenplays, television pilots, series bibles and production-ready entertainment.
